Nattaya led International IT teams on ERP support and web-based application development for 10 years. She also led a Lean Continuous Improvement initiative and co-founded a children learning center focusing on Thinking and Creativity skills development in Thailand. Nattaya received her Bachelor's degree in IT from SIIT, Thammasat University and a Master's degree in marketing, MIM program from Thammasat University.

Ed founded five companies, two innovation accelerators and two MBA-level entrepreneurship programs over an entrepreneurial career spanning 25 years. He considers himself an entrepreneur and technology enthusiast, obtaining a PhD in marketing from Thammasat University, Master's degrees in Management from Sasin, and SB and SM in mechanical engineering from MIT. Ed is also a program director at the Innovation Driven Entrepreneurship Center (IDE).

He started the first coding school in his hometown in Indonesia, with a strong belief that good education can make a difference in one's life. Hendra has over 15 years of experience in leading and developing IoT, telecommunication systems, and smart real estate projects across Asia.

Pariwat is an experienced innovation coach and teaches MIT's innovation driven entrepreneurship at UTCC.
